First Responders and Car Insurance

The most dangerous task of first responders is . . . driving.  In addition to helping first responders with critical incidents, disciplinary or termination appeals, and licensing issues, we also help if you are catastrophically injured on the job. Sometimes this is due to a shooting or stabbing, but by far the highest rates of injury are from vehicle collisions.

In this video blog, I discuss why first responders need to have adequate levels of auto coverage as well as add-on auto insurance for uninsured or under-insured drivers. Your personal insurance CAN help when you are injured on the job.

If you are injured on the job, be sure you exhaust all sources of coverage. We help officers do that every day. Stay safe.
